I'm BacK!

Hello readers,
I have been absent from this blog for several weeks (months?). I was busy doing some taveling (Israel of all places, in early June before the current troubles.) Lynn and I found a beautiful country at peace and enjoyed meeting with family. What a contrast with what is going on today. Let's hop for a quick and lasting peace!

New Covered Bridge featured in InnerArt

The Dewey Road Bridge or Olin Bridge as it is now known, in Ashtabula County, Ohio, is Marc Berger's latest addition to his extensive and complete catalog of photogrpahs of covered bridges in Ohio.

For many years, Marc has photographed and documented over 160 covered bridges in the state and now has the largest, most comprehensive catalog of these unusual, beautiful structures that dotted the American landscape in previuos centuries. These bridges were built to last and many of these wooden structures still function on lots of backroads and carry traffic. Some have also been removed from major roads, but are being preserved on public and private land.
