The Art Upstairs, an art gallery operated by my good friends Alan and Lynn Fliegel is located in their tiny, bucolic little town of Phoenicia, a stone's throw away from nearby Wodstock, NY. This most egalitarian gallery accepts works from anyone - no jury - for a minimal fee. The art stys up for one entire month. "Anniversary" at The Arts Upstairs
The Arts Upstairs gallery celebrates her 5th anniversary on Saturday, October 17 with a gala reception beginning at 6 PM.
The group show theme is "Anniversary" and runs through November 14.
Laura Katz is featured in the solo room. Katz explores wallpaper as a medium, creating visions of home, time, memories, dreams and nightmares.
All exhibiting artists: Please pick up your pieces and drop off new work on the weekend of October 10.
