Picture was taken in Hong Kong Harbor about 8 years ago. A Russian Navy ship training cadets was being piloted by a small tug boat with the famous Hong Kong skyline in the background. It was a bit misty and foggy. Here are two views (altered somewhat with Photoshop magic)
